Booking Terms and Conditions
- A completed booking form & payment (via Square or BACS) is required to reserve your place on the session.
- You will automatically receive confirmation of payment via email from Square.
- Cathy will send Joining Instructions & Medical Declaration form 1 to 2 weeks prior to your session.
- You must complete & return a completed Medical Declaration form in order to participate in the activity.
- Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Cancellation Policy
By you:
- Cancellation must be notified in writing (text/email)
- Cancellations more than 2 weeks prior to the session will be fully refunded. There will be the option to postpone.
- Cancellations more than 1 week prior to the activity will be 50% refunded. There will be the option to postpone.
- Cancellations less than 1 week prior to the activity will not be refunded. There will be the option to postpone.
By me:
- I reserve the right to cancel a session or trip should personal reasons occur or extremely adverse weather conditions.
- In this event, I will give you a clear explanation as to why and will offer you the choice of an alternative date or a full refund.
- I will not be held liable for any additional costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of the cancellation (such as travel).
- Cathy is fully responsible for and reserves the right to make any changes to planned routes depending on weather conditions, the group needs/fitness levels and her dynamic risk assessments on the day. The basis for any changes in routes is always due to Cathy’s assessment of group safety and managing risk appropriate to the group.
