If you’ve taken part in a Nav & Natter or already have some navigation skills that you’re keen to develop, a Nav & Natter PLUS is perfect for you. In various locations on the South Downs, these 7 to 8km routes will help refresh & improve the following:

• Accuracy with distance & time
• Slicker route planning and use of strategies
• Your understanding of contours & relating to prominent land forms
• Re-locating (when you’re not sure where you are!)
• Confidence off the path (where access land allows)
• Discussion around the Countryside Code, appropriate kit, mobile phone apps & more.

Route Information

• Always a circular route with plenty of stops to refresh the skills, moderate walking fitness required, some stiles likely, some off path sections. Cafe/Pub to finish
